Yesterday was the end of Week 2 of the Gonyo Fitness Challenge (Round 2). I hope everyone attempted my Week 2 Challenge and Recommended Exercise. I know for Brock and I, it encouraged us to eat less sugary cereals for breakfast and carb-loaded pasta for dinner and substitute them for more healthy fruits and vegetables.
Unfortunately I did not lose any weight this week which means my total % weight loss is still equal to 1.12%. I think this is due to not exercising as much as I usually do. I practiced good, healthy eating habits all week, so I guess I will just have to make sure to hit the gym more frequently this week. How did everyone else do?
Week 3 Challenge: This week I would like everyone to eat at least 1 serving of fruits and vegetables each day. For some, this may already be part of your lifestyle, but for others, this may be a very big change to your daily eating habits.
Week 3 Recommended Exercise: Last week's exercise focused on your thighs and glutes, so this week, I thought we could try an exercise that focuses on your arms. Try to complete 10 push-ups every day this week. I will try to post pictures of various push-ups styles soon!
