Today concludes Week 4 of the Gonyo Fitness Challenge (Round 2). It's hard to believe that we have been doing for this for a month already. Everyone is really doing great and I am so proud of all you.
Unfortunately for this week I did not have very good results. I did not lose any weight which means my total % weight loss is still equal to 1.68%. I seem to be in a rut and my body doesn't want to lose anymore weight. Hopefully this changes next week because I'd still like to lose another 5-10 lbs. How'd everyone else do? Are we on track for reaching our personal goals?
I only lost .80 lbs this week for a total percentage of .82 starting off slowly....

Super Bowl weekend wasn't very good to me.. i only lost 0.8 lbs. My total loss is 5.66%

I lost .56% this week for a total percentage of weight loss of: 3.09% - We are still on track and staying on those trails!

Ummmm, I got off track a bit...I won't be able to report anything good until after my trip to LA....woohoo! Everyone else...way to go!!!! The competition is tight this round!!

okay so i have been a bit of a slacker in the posting department but I have been weighing in my total % weight loss for week for was .43%.
