One thing I love about summer is fresh produce and local farmer's markets. Last year I was inspired by my mother to grow my own square foot garden in Boston. For my first time growing a garden in the city and without mom's help, it was very successful. Looks like she taught me well.
Today was a beautiful day in Boston with temperatures in the mid 70s so I decided it was time to begin planting seeds in my garden for the new season. This year I will be growing green bush beans, green pole beans, yellow onions, red onions, cucumbers, radishes, carrots, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes and green peppers. Let's see how things go!
I think if every person plant vagetables on their backyard it may reduce their expenses monthly.
